Details:

Received as a and cut few vegetables to see if I would like it. I just don't care for santoku knives, personally prefer chef knife so this is not a good fit me. The sheath is also good for traveling, so you can take it with when go to a relative or friends house cook and show off your taste in knives. No sense keeping this beautiful knife stored in a drawer somewhere, it deserves to be used frequently.

Comes with leather sheath to protect the blade in storage as this will probably not fit a knife block. I have a couple of other Lamson knives with the same walnut handle and few spatulas that are amazing.
